Yes, I use Winrar. Aren't you not suggested to extract it first to an empty folder then copy the filed to the install location? Btw, when I drag the files to the install location from Winrar, I can copy all the files, but still, I got the same error (1103).

Yes, I did suggest that you didn't extract them first, but that was when you weren't getting a permission error. That changes some things.

I've download a pack with all the VisualC files, because the one that is in the Installer folder of the game it's from the past year. I think the problem that I got this error is because of Microsoft Visual C 2012&2013. The size is very small which is only 452 kb.
